Thunar - broken samba and mounting

Hello there,
after I damage permissions in /usr Thunar stop working with networking and mounting devices. It works only if I run by command
gksudo "dbus-launch thunar"
With nautilus I have same problem. Somebody knows how to fix it?

I set permissions before. And I had run these two commands because I couldn't start openbox session.
sudo chgrp messagebus /usr/lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper
sudo chmod +s /usr/lib/dbus-1.0/dbus-daemon-launch-helper
But I have problem with file manager now.
