Starting Openbox with Kicker stick to all desktops?

Hello, I have openbox with kicker panel bar.
the problem is that the panel bar is not staying on all desktops. Only the first one.
I start openbox via .xinitrc
Code:
Esetroot ~/wallpapers/wallpaper &
kicker &
ksystraycmd --startonshow --keeprunning --icon kmix kmix &
numlockx on &
tvtime -m -c 18 -d /dev/video0 &
exec openbox
thanks for the trick !
