Spawn multiple Terminals on different positions

First thing I do when I booted my laptop is, I spawn Terminal 4 times and position them like this screenshot shows. Now since this always takes some time, I was wondering if there is a possibility to do this in a startup script or so. But I dont know how to do it. I thought about devilspie but I'm not sure if thats the right tool anyway.

Can you help me? Any ideas?

Take a look at the man pages X(7) and look into xterm's option -geometry. Maybe that will help.
