Hello.
I use Debian 8 with Gnome Classic and I have some problems. When I open some applications like "Pidgin" or "Skype", I can see the applications Icon near the Clock. How can I enable it?
How about Input source changer? I enable multi language but I can't see "EN" on the panel?
Dear hack3rcon
I asked you that, because some language manager do not show the EN until you have at least 2 langauages. Which does not seem to be the case.
So sorry, right now I have only Ubuntu 10.04 working in my machine and not experience with Fedora yet.
Hopefully, someone else will reply
Faithfully,
M.

Dear Hack3rcom,
Sorry, you are right, Debian, I mean, that I do not have experience with Debian, only a debian derived Ubuntu.
The language manager in Ubuntu is under Preferences.
Faithfully,
M.
