Thumbs up software used to create ISO Image for Linux

Dear Friends,

can any one let me know which software is used to create Linux ISO Image.

Hi,

mkisofs is the software used to create iso images in linux (is there also another one?).

Use
Code:
 man mkisofs
to view the man page.

dd may work
I believe you can use the "dd" command to create iso files in linux.

Yeah dd can be used to create iso files.

dd if=<input> of=<output>.iso
