Slacke17

This is not a help thread or a support request but only an externalization of my surprise using e17 (Enlightenment desktop environment) in Slackware!
I used to be a KDE user for many years and really dislike Desktop effects like the one I found in Beryl (you know, all that composite-things) and other composite managers.
Tried even Gnome but I hate to have GConf that seems to me TOO similar to Windows Registry and, as desribed in slackbuilds.org) "annoying in the same manner".
Since the latest KDE use Plasma Desktop and I wanted something lighter I switched to LXDE, but everytime I have to recompile it and tuning it it's so boring.
I decided to search for another DE and I found Enlightenment but I did't give much attention to it until I tried on my Slackware 13.37.
I downloaded the packages from http://slacke17.sourceforge.net/ and... well, it's really lightweight, customizable, good-looking and FAST!
It runs fast and flawless even on old hardware and on a Virtualbox Virtual machine.

I'm really enthusiastic and I think this will be my DE for long long time.

It's sarcasm or what?
I mean, I olny use Desktop Environment for so few tasks like check how a just developed webpage looks in Chromium, Firefox etc and I found useful e.g. using yakuake for having a multi-tab terminal to run server-side php and python code and hide it with a single key to look at my browsers and check how my job is done.
It's very important that the Desktop is lightweight and fast. Sometimes (often, for real) I use Window$ to test even IE and Chrome.
If someone find Enlightenment a pain, please give me an advise and, hopefully, a brief description of the problems I could met.

Sorry, but I know the meaning of "Slacker". I believe that "good luck" was a sarcastic expression implying that Enlightenment has some issue! :D
