Seeking app to resequence photos
 

Hi all

Hope everyone is having a great day! :D

I'm looking for a GUI application which will allow for the drag-n-drop sequence of photos for me (i.e. start with folder of photo which might be based on filename/date, move them around at will for a coherent ordering).

With the possibility to do bulk renaming of all of the photos thereafter (with say a starting index).

The former is the mandatory feature that I need in the application, the latter less so.

Has anyone come across anything like it?

All suggestions appreciated.
