SCSI or SATA


Hi
I have a question.Could anyone tell me is there any command or utility
in linux to check weather SCSI or SATA hard disk in linux system ?

Answer will be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

lshw (might not be installed by default in all distros, but should be available thru the package manager.
dmesg

Note: some references to a SATA device will say "SCSI"--I guess because there is some commonality in the way the drivers are built. lshw at least will give you the actual part number, which will tell you for sure.

(Opening the case might be the fastest way...)
