screen resolution issue pt 2

okay, now that i got the xorg.conf copied, i tried to add the mode of 1360x768 into the display settings. however it is still not showing up in the screen res window. right now i'm at 800x600 and everything fits into the screen better than 1280x768 (which baffles me cause i thought the 768 atleast being right would be better but whatever) however everything is super huge.

here is the contents of my xorg.conf, maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

In the quoted section, the bold line is incorrect. The leading "#" character denotes comments or unused options. Therefore, the following info is ignored by the system.

Also, I'm just guessing that you've added a widescreen monitor to an existing setup. Are you sure your graphics card can display widescreen? It would be most helpful to know a few details about your hardware and what you're actually trying to do with it.

Cheers
