screen driver - help wanted
Hi,
Clean & simple : how do I install a screen driver in Gnome/F10? Tnx! Thor |
You mean 'touch screen drivers'?
http://www.conan.de/touchscreen/evtouch.html will help you. You may need a custom /etc/X11/xorg.conf for perfect results?? |
No, just a screen driver. I run a Compaq EVO and the screen mover in jitters. Every graphicasl effort sends the CPU @ 100 pct capacity, so I suspect I dont have a screen driver. Otherwise everything is OK...games, Blender3d or the like pose a problem. Also, I cant do any screen settings...
The install was done in VESA, so I suspect the installer did'nt install any drivers... Thor |
BTW, this is the contents of the said conf file
