Yes, we've seen the image before, several times. It appears that YOU are not understanding clearly:

Again:
  • You are NOT PAYING FOR RHEL; since you're not, your system isn't supported
  • You have been told before why this is happening
  • We have suggested to you to use CentOS or Scientific Linux, which are almost IDENTICAL, but FREE, and you would not have this problem
Can't be more clear than that. If you want to use RHEL, then PAY FOR IT....otherwise, use CentOS. Those are your two solutions. Pick one.

You have to buy the REQUIRED support contract !!!!!!!
Then register the install !!!!!!

or
Install CentOS 6.4

Also you DO NOT !!!!! use "rpm" to install software from rpmforge !!!!!!!!
you use "yum"

you only use "rpm" as a VERY LAST resort
or
for some special reason
-- like installing Libreoffice 4

same problem was appearing with EPEL , now its also done , i was using PROXY server , so i give name of proxy server in YUm.conf file and save it , so now i have access to all repo DB locally as well as on internet.
thanks to all to guide me.
