Resolution problem

Hello all,
I am using Fedora 7.0 .After change my Desktop TFT 17" with CRT 15" , there are some resolution problem .The size of all the icon is very large
(800x600)and when I try to change the resolution with the command
system-config-display ,I am not found the 1027x768 pixels option .

Please give any solution for this because I am not comfort to work
with the resolution (800x600).

Thanks,
Nk

Put your other monitor back. You are probably only getting that resolution, since a 15" CRT is pretty old...800x600 might be the best it can do. Since you don't give brand/model, check the manual that came with it.

Also, Fedora 7 is ANCIENT. You need to upgrade.
