Question Redirecting(Stealing?) X11 Display

Is there a way in which if I have a desktop PC with running ssh & an X11 server, that I (a remote user ssh'ing into the desktop PC) can steal the display? When I say steal, I mean if there was someone physically using the desktop PC (an X11 session), I would like to be able to ssh in from a remote location and see what that user sees, on my screen.

Possible?

Also, is there a way for me (a user ssh'ing in from a remote location) can run an x program and have it show up on the desktop_pc_running_ssh?

I think it has something to do with xauthority but if anyone knows what I'm talking about and perhaps has a solution, please respond, thanks.

I had previously searched for: 'X11 redirect' but didn't find anything.
