Proxy settings in network system settings missing

Hi,

I've just noticed that on my Kubuntu 12.04.1 desktop there are no options available when going to "Network Settings" via "System Settings". All it says is "Configure Service Discovery".

On my laptop I never had to do anything, those options were all there by default. Laptop's running 12.04.1 as well, and both systems are up to date.

Attached are two screenshots to show what I mean.

Any idea what to do / install to get those options available?

Cheers

meh, in the end I decided to run a diff on installed packages between both systems and just installed everything the diff brought up. The options are there now on the desktop, but I still have no idea which package was required...
