problem starting eclipse

hi fellas ...

i have a problem starting to run ECLIPSE ...
i installed jdk1.5 and is running fine.It compiles programs and results are perfect.

I now want to use eclipse for all my future coding in java ...
i downloaded this file ..

" eclipse-SDK-2.1.2-linux-motif.zip "

i unxipped in the same directory where the above file was present and then copied the unzipped folder eclipse into

/usr/java/eclipse

now when i go into the directory eclipse and run

$/usr/java/eclipse: ./eclipse i get this error output ..
NAPSTER:/usr/java/eclipse# ./eclipse
./eclipse: error while loading shared libraries: libXm.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
NAPSTER:/usr/java/eclipse#
:

confused:

so i went thru some forums and learnt that openmotif must be installed to run the libraries properly ...

so i downloaded the openmotif v2.2.3 and installed using normal
procedure

./configure
make
make install

now i went to the /usr/java/eclipse directory again ..
and ran ..
again i get the same problem ..

:

another problem i have is how and where to set the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH

anyone plz help me out ..
