panel time at right is registering Am when it is PM


Panel time at right is registering AM when it is actually PM.
Bios clock shows 8:00 AM I assume 24 clock. Panel shows 1 AM and correct time is 1 PM.
Whats wrong? how to fix? I remember something abou UTC but cannot find anything to tweak for that....It seems done differently than previous versions: Fresh install Mint 16 Mate 64bit on year old homebuilt AMD LLano or Fusion A4 3300 Biostar Tseries --

BTW I made a mistake about the time it was 1AM that I was doing this so all is well and no need to answer!!!
