opensuse 10.2 and Vista home premium
 
I have an hp pavilion (ga154ua#abl)

AMD Turion 64x2 1.6ghz

RAM 959

32 bit

i would like to install opensuse 10.2 without reinstalling the original os

(edit) sorry windows vista home premium

is it possible? if so can someone point me to the right info. If I have not provided enough info please let me know.

First resize the Vista partition then boot with the Suse install media.

Ha it will only let me shrink the drive 2516mb thats not enough? I have 105gb and 57.6 free space???

From msconfig uncheck to boot startup items.
Turn off the Windows swap/page file.
Turn off system restore.
Reboot.
Defrag.
Reboot again maybe?
Resize the partition.
Restore the swap/page file and system restore as desired.

tried that all i can get is 12781mb any other ideas? i have deleted alot of my files???
