Question openoffice.org calc question

I've been using Openoffice.org Calc and now I am unable to add or insert additional worksheets. The insert sheet option on the menu bar is greyed out. What am I missing?

in the area immediately to the right of the sheet (1 I assume) right hand click if you are right handed mouse.....brings up context menu and top one is insert sheet click on the appropiate options from there

2) if your horizontal scroll bar is hard against the sheet 1 button hover over the small vertical bar then left hand click mouse and drag to the right

Question re: openoffice.org calc question

Already tried that. It just pops up a context menu with the following selections:

Select all sheets
Cut
Copy

I've only started using it, and since I've already got 6 sheets there I was able to do it before. I must be missing something really obvious.

ok understood....I just inserted past 7 sheets so its not a sheet number count in my ooo

btw I have 2.0.2 and there is higher updates out. Could you report your version and if its possible to download updates?

edit

I just PROTECTED the whole document and it then gives me selections of select all sheets and copy. could you pulldown TOOLS and then protect document....is it ticked? if so untick it and insert password if it wants one and try again?

Thank you! That did the trick! I forgot I had password protected the document and only update it infrequently. BTW, I'm using ooo 2.0.2-12ubuntu12.1. Thanks once again - I knew it had to be something easy. Doh!
