Nautilus filter hiding files. Cant get them back !

I am using nautilus on fc5. When I have gone to browse a network folder
I clicked on a file and pressed the 'c' button to take me to all the files listed under 'c'. To my suprise all the files listed after 'c' in the alphabet disappeared. I dont know how to get them back. They have not been deleted as they are still present in the network folder when browsed from another client.
