Monitor Selection in Adobe Reader in Dual Head Mode
I have a dual head system working fine.
But, is there a way to tell Adobe Reader 9 which monitor to use in full screen mode ?
OpenOffice provides such a feature, by the way.
What distro and window manager are you using?
I would of thought this would be a property of the window manager itself rather than openoffice or pdf reader.
If you can provide that infomation maybe we can help you more.
My xfce4 system lets me choose a "default" monitor, and that spawns everything on there.
thanks for your reply.
I'm running SuSe 11.1 with KDE 3.5. xrandr is version 1.2.
So far I refrained from using the graphical setup tools provided by KDE (They are of less value regarding DualHead...).
I've made some experiments with options like MonitorLayout and so on but no success.
The relevant section of my xorg.conf looks this:
Option "RightOf" "INT"
Option "PreferredMode" "1024x768"
Option "PreferredMode" "1280x800"
Identifier "Mobile Intel GM45 Express Chipset"
Option "monitor-VGA" "EXT"
Option "monitor-LVDS" "INT"
# Option "MonitorLayout" "EXT,INT"
Device "Mobile Intel GM45 Express Chipset"
Virtual 2304 800
Maybe a but unrelated, but do you have a good reason to use Adobe reader instead of the other good open-sorece alternatives?
