modprobe error

Hi all. I recently installed Virtual Box on my laptop thinking i was going to use it, but turns out i dont need it. I uninstalled it. And now i get this error every time i boot up.

Code:
modprobe vboxdrv failed. please use 'dmesg' to find out why

dmesg | grep vboxdrv doesnt help. I cant find the source of the error, im guessing its there because of the old permissions i set when i installed it a while back. Does anyone know what i should do? Thanx in advance!

Take a look at the init directory of your distro for startup files containing "vboxsetup" or "vboxdrv". If you're using Debian as in your profile, you might take a look at this.
