Question Missing Plugin For Firefox?

So I am trying to check out this site & notice I am missing a plugin. I know I have a "flash" plugin so it can't be that...My question is how can I verify what plugin I am missing and can it be installed on Firefox/Linux?

How do I install QuickTime, Shockwave or other Windows plugins?

At present, Linux versions of QuickTime, Macromedia Shockwave Player, and various other Windows browser plugins are not available. Many Windows browser plugins can be used by installing the CrossOver Plugin. Note that this is commercial (aka non-free) software.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728 Firefox/1.5.0.6 (Debian-1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.6-4)
Plugins (9):

* Adobe Reader 7.0
* Helix DNA Plugin: RealPlayer G2 Plug-In Compatible
* Java(TM) Plug-in 1.5.0_08-b03
* MozPlugger 1.7.3 handles QuickTime Windows Media Player Plugin
* mplayerplug-in 3.31
* QuickTime Plug-in 6.0 / 7
* RealPlayer 9
* Shockwave Flash
* Windows Media Player Plugin

Mplayer can handle quicktime, just get the correct codecs.
