Maximize window for multiply cards

Hi, X guru!

I have two video cards (internal+nvidia). I need resize application window to all displays.

First card has two monitors (1,2) connected and second has one (3). I configured X ScreenLayout to handle all the Screens (that is monitors).

The issue:
If i run any application, it ether executes at first card or second. For example i can run xterm at first card and maximize to displays 1+2. Or i can run it at second card. In this case window manager (i think X server actually) force me to maximize (move/resize) only at display 3.

My system is stock Fedora 13. I have tried to run bare X server - results are the same. I am ready to switch distro or install anything patched.

(I didnt try NView and very want to avoid it.)
