lost control

Often I loose control, especially on use of slider. The slider moves from itself, display is moving up and down from itself. also the focus is moving from one to another object in region of cursor's position. I suppose the reason is in one process, but which one?

I have System: openSUSE 11.1 (x86_64) and KDE: 4.1.3 (KDE 4.1.3) "release 4.11.1

thanks

Hi georg35, Welcome to LQ. What kind of mouse is this? Is it a laptop with a touchpad?

Good luck. ;-)

Try init 3 then log in as root and do the following.

Code:
# sax2 -r
Then reboot.

Good luck. ;-)

georg35, Try adding this option to Section "ServerFlags".

Code:
Option "AutoAddDevices" "off"
Good luck. ;-)

@ resumedocket Have you installed any updates recently? We'll need more specifics, distro, hardware, configuration files, etc.

Good luck. ;-)
