Location of GNOME user menus in Ubuntu

Hello

I just upgraded my hard disk today, and installed Ubuntu on it. the old drive also had Ubuntu with just a few tweaks to the theme done. I was able to duplicate what I did (wasnt really difficult.. i didnt do many) except my menus. I had it all customized and everything and I was wondering if I can import the menus I created in the old Ubuntu to the new one? Its the menu at the top left where you select applications to run and such.
