LINUX not working on FUJITSU CELSIUS M470-2 WORKSTATION

hi,
i am trying to install UBUNTU or DEBIAN on my FUJITSU CELSIUC M470-2 workstation.
but i am unable to do it.
when i try to install ubuntu it first boots and gives me a blank screen after some time.
when i try to install DEBIAN, debian successfully loads and after installation when i start my pc it boots till GRUB and asks for OS and when i select DEBIAN it goes off with a blank screen.
please do help me out to fix this problem at the earliest.

Hello first off.

We can't assume that much here.

Is the cd you made good and readable on this system? Generally you test download of iso, burn to a high quality cd at the very slowest speed and use a modern cd-drive that can read cd-r disks. Also the system has to be able to run linux but we can't tell from the model.

I guess then you need to tell us about this system maybe. When we wait go back and check download, reburn on best quality cd-r at slowest speed and see what happens.
