LibVLC Failed to Initialize
 
Hi everyone,

I got this error message. Can anyone help me fix?

Searching the internet for "Phonon's VLC backend failed to start" (with the quotes) produces several pages discussing the problem. Have you had a look at any of them?

Somebody on this thread from 2013 suggest checking that all your vlc* packages and libvlccore are on the same version.
