KMail corruption

Last night my home directory filled up and KMail crapped out. I restarted KMail this morning and from the looks of it the panel in the 3 panel view no longer lists my e-mail accounts. The settings for KMail still do show my accounts and their associated settings, but I can't access them because they no longer show up. Any idea what happened or how I can fix this? The e-mail accounts use POP3 with the leave mail on server option so if the mail on my computer is actually corrupt/lost, the messages are still on the server.

First I would try running KMail from a terminal and see if it spits out any error messages.
Also, this question may be better suited to the KDE forums or the KDE mailing list, since most of the KDE gurus hang out there and are more likely to have a solution for you
