kde telepathy contact list empty

First of all, it was working before.

Second, this is on Fedora 19

I tried out the instructions at http://community.kde.org/KTp/Troubleshooting

but I don't have that file in my .kde to remove.

Also, when I boot I see something like: ktp some of the im components are not working show up in the notification manager.

Anyone else find a solution?
