KDE on Debian etch broken

Hello everyone, i have migrated to a new laptop and i am experiencing trouble derived from my Debian packages reinstall, i forced a libqt3-mt reinstall and since then my KDE Applications bar and Kontrol center are empty. I have no applications shortcuts and i cannot configure my look and feel.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help will be appreciated.
