Is there ROX desktop environment based multilingual distribution?

Hi to all!

Is there Linux distribution with ROX Desktop Environment by default (or one of main)?

Many distros have ROX File Manager, of poor ROX DE. In same tmie on official Rox site are many beautiful components of this DE.

It seems not realistic there is no Linux distribution, that uses it.

Can anybody say me such distro? Is desirable with non-english languages support.

Seems that there is support.
Someone needs to build it first and then release a live cd with the default installation of ROX as the initial DE.
