If that wasn't spam and if you're still reading posts here, notice the disadvantage you gave yourself by posting your new question on an old thread about a related but different question.

The last two posters seem to be answering the question of the original thread that was idle for a year, rather than answering your question.

Linux doesn't need stuff like that to have multiple desktops. And also Linux users are not too big on proprietary software like that.
