Irritating Re-Sizing of Buttons in XFCE Task List on Click -- Am I Alone Here?
I've been wondering about this annoying little non-issue I have with XFCE under Slackware64-current. I've actually observed this happening to me with XFCE at least as far back as Slackware 12.
When I mouse down to the 'Task List' applet on one of my panels, and I mouse over the button for a certain window and click, the buttons will all shrink, and I'll have to mouse over to the new position of the button that I wanted and click it again there in order to actually select it. If I have enough windows open on one desktop, the buttons will already be at a small enough size that this does not happen. I find it odd, and I really don't know where to look for a fix to this. First, does anyone else using XFCE under Slackware see this happening? Second, is there a fix for it? Does this happen to people using different builds of XFCE under other distributions? Just in case it's relevant, I'm running Xorg at 1600x1200, 24bpp. EDIT: You don't have to have a solution to respond here . . . I mostly just want to know that I'm not the only idiot out there that "broke" XFCE. |
