Hi there, Welcome to the forums!

It's trick not knowing the context of the error, but it looks like OpenSuSe is searching for something on the USB drive. The most likely reason for this, I'd assume is either that the installation USB stick is still set as an active repository in yast (where OpenSuSe goes to look for software and updates) or that during the partitioning stage of the install, a partition on the USB device was set to be an active mount point.

The second one is less likely if the system boots correctly, and I suspect URI is really URL - suggesting that it is looking for a network device, so lets explore the Repository scenario.

Go to Yast. If you have the KDE desktop, this is probably on the desktop panel, if not click on the 'start button' Yast is usually under 'system tools' or equivalent.

Once in Yast go to Software and then Software Repositories.

Make sure that your USB stick isn't one of the active repositories.

Let us know how you get on!

Best of luck,

JJ

Thanks Jjex22

Thanks for your time and for your valuable comment..

The problem is solved..The problem is that the installation USB stick was set as an active repository in Yast.So I removed the USB option from the repository.and now it's showing the updates..thanks once again........
