Exclamation Installation


Hi i m a new member to LQ... I have an query tat i hav already installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 with dual boot Xp, recently i noticed some of my Xp file r corrupted so i need to reinstall it, so i hav doubt tat if i reinstall Xp ll my Red Hat work as before...

This is an old ..very very old...problem
When you install windows ..it rewrites the MBR were usually GRUB is installed.
So after you install windows..you have to reinstall GRUB.
Red hat cd has an recovery mode..so you can very easily reinstall grub
