If you don't like Gnome 3 (and/or gnome-shell), why not make it work like Gnome 2?

I see a lot of posts about people who don't like the new version of Gnome. Because of this, I thought I would share some useful tips on how to make it useful. Me? I love Gnome 3; after I have fixed it. See this post to make Gnome 3 / Gnome-Shell usable for you:

i'm loving gnome 3.
i also fixed it a lot and i think anyone who wants a change and see something new can definitely find his/her way out !
