Please don't use text-speak. Many persons find having to translate it into English to be tiresome.
In addition, for many LQ users, English is a second or even a third language. Spelling words completely and using standard English as much as possible helps them and increases the likelihood that one of them can help you.
As for iCloud, I am profoundly uninterested in iAnything, but Apple in the past has shown itself to be actively hostile to Linux devices; there is, for example, no iTunes for Linux. I found several articles that indicated that
iWorks is available for use in browsers on non-Apple systems, but not much else.
What particular iCloud services are you interested in? Knowing that might help get some useful responses.
As for your first question, if you forget your password and other information the "cloud" provider needs to verify your identity, generally, you will (and should, if the security is worth its salt) have great difficulty regaining access to the data.
