This IceWM window decoration used to be my favorite. I know nothing about theming but I think the theme engine changed in KDE4 and this decoration hasn't been around since. I just found this screenshot while searching online and it looks out of date, but I always liked the way the titlebar looked like a tube instead of a square or completely blended in like the Oxygen decoration I'm using now and a modern version of this would probably look quite slick. I'm just curious if it's available anywhere for KDE4?

If it matters, I'm on Slackware leet and KDE 4.5.5.

http://kde-look.org/ is the primary resource that comes to mind when talking about giving KDE 4 a new theme. If you remember the name of your favorite theme then try doing a search. You may find that the original packager or even a random person ported it to the new KDE.
