I need a keylogger for Fedora 13

I'm doing a lot of typing of important things these days, research, emails to VIPs, etc...

I somehow keep running across glitches that make me lose thing I'm typing. That's getting on my nerves pretty hardcore. I need a keylogger. I don't know of any decent keyloggers for Fedora. But I'd like one.

Anyone have some suggestion for something that's easily installed in Fedora 13 and easy to get up and running?

Thanks for reading.

What kind of glitches are you running into? I ask because a keylogger may not be the best solution. If you are experiencing dropped network connections to a remote shell, the "screen" command may be a better solution. I do not know of a good keylogger either - although you could write your own. Do a web search for "Phrack Magazine's Writing Linux Kernel Keylogger".

This sounds like a serious problem that should be fixed.

As for the keylogger use pykeylogger http://sourceforge.net/projects/pykeylogger/ this maybe what your looking for.

Fedora 13 has been end of life, out of support since 2011-06-04.

Install a newer supported version, or a different distro.

But was still current when the OP first posted.

Yet another example of why regular LQ users hate 'necroposting'.
