How to set the underline cursor shape in gnome-terminal to be thicker!

I'm using gnome-terminal in UBUNTU. I like the underline cursor shape in terminal, but the underline cursor is too thin. So my question is how to make the cursor to be thicker. Thanks.
PS: I don't like the block or 'I' shape cursor.
