How to see view from webcam on remote win

Hi !

My friend has a WebCam (built in her laptop) and uses Windows...

Is it possible to see view from this camera on my Linux ?

Is there maybe some communicator (like Skype) where I can see my friend's video (this is possible in Windows' Skype, but not in Linux's Skype) ?

She should run a service like Yawcam(.com) (Java-based, freeware) on the Windows machine to stream it, then you can connect your browser.
