Look in System Settings> Printers and you should be able to delete it that way.
In the printer window, select 'unlock' in the top right hand corner and type in your password.
The lock button should change to unlock.
If that doesn't work go to:
http://localhost:631/admin
Go to 'Printers' and see if your Printer shows on the CUPS site and delete the printer.
It will ask for your root password.
