how to create a send to shortcut

hi all,
is there a way to create a send to shortcut menu item in the context menu box that pops up when i right click on any folder on the desktop ?
I wish to send files / folders to flash drives or external drives or may be even printers with that.
thanks

Which desktop? There's a lot of different GUIs on Linux and how to accomplish what you want will depend on which one you're using.
