how to configure laser printer 1020 on fedora 8


i have using fedora 8 machine i want to know how to configure hp laserjet 1020 printer on fedora 8 please any one tell me.

Have you tried hp-setup from the hplip package? As root, try running hp-setup from a
terminal window. If the command is not found, use
'yum install hplip' to install it. If hp-setup finds the printer, it will download a
required firmware file from HP and install the printer. I have a LaserJet 1000 on a
Fedora 8 system, and it works fine.
