I recently had to do a hard turn-off of my linux box. I am running Kubuntu feisty and am running the latest stable version of KDE. When i booted into Kubuntu again, X-windows threw errors and would not run. I assume it is KDE because I can get to the GUI login screen, however, when I log in, it throws the errors and gives me a blank screen. Here are all the warnings and errors from the "var/log/Xorg.0.log" file:

If there is an easier way to fix this than to reinstall KDE please let me know, otherwise how do I reinstall KDE command-line wise. I'd prefer to us apt-get, however, I do not know what packages to request. Please, any help would be grateful, I don't want to lose all my files or have to reinstall everything again.
I need to uninstall kde and than install it again. I am running Kubuntu. It uses apt-get as package manager, so all I need to know is what packages to remove and than install again.
No reply was worth while and I think it may just be easier to reinstall kde. I know this is not Windows, however, from evaluating the responses i have gotten here an other linux forums, i just want to reinstall kde. No one has yet to give me a very worthwhile response. It has been over a month since the problem happened and I just want to get my desktop back up and running.
Thank you for your useless response to my question.
