How do I install this theme in a tar.gz

http://www.gnome-look.org/content/sh...?content=62111

When I try it from -- preferences -- appearance it just changes the "X" "-/Minimize" and "Mazimize/Restore" buttons (I beleive there are a name for those, anyone know what it is?)

But in the picture there is a dock and everything.

I seen once the icons for removeable media looked like on a MAC and when someone's freind seen this one theme they thought they were actually running Mac OS!!

EDIT:

Okay I found this guide:
http://linuxondesktop.blogspot.com/2...esktop-to.html

Here is what it looks like now:

Except I have a few problems.

How can I get Avant Window Manager and Screenlets to start automaticlly?

Also if you look at the screenshot, the icon "FIRELITE" (below M1,M2, and Same Gnome Scores" that icon if for my USB Hard drive, but it looks more like an icon for an archive, the icon I want for it is the one that's at the bottom of the screen in the dock!

UPDATE AGAIN: I went to /home/mpg/.icons/... and replaced the file and when I logged out and in again that worked! I still need a way to start AWN and howto make a trash thing there and so when I click it opens the trash, when I drag it deletes, and when I drag a USB hard drive there it unmounts.
