How do I add custom keyboard shortcuts in WindowMaker?

How do I add custom shortcuts in WindowMaker? I find only predefined ones in WPrefs and I see no way to create a new one except for assigning key combinations to predefined functions, but I need to do something totally different than what's listed there, so how do I get it done?

Hi,

you can do it in the "Applications Menu Definitions" section. You can edit existing menu entries or add new ones with your custom commands, and also define key combinations. Just drag or select the items as in the instructions, then configuration fields will show up.

Kind regards,
Philip
