Helix Banshee Problems


So I updated my "Real Player" to 10 gold and soon as I did that my, Helix Banshee (that I use to listen to music) gives me an error

is it becaue I installed Real Player...BTW I can't get my real player workin, it saize that there is no such file name, and I tried, real, realplayer, player, real10, realplayer10..., if any1 could help that would be awsome
