Question Having problem with KDE 4.4.5 on Fedora 13. Screen not drawn properly

I am using f13 and my desktop environment is KDE 4.4.5. I have been using f13 for the past 4-5 months and the following problem persists. KDE fails to draw widgets/popups on the screen sometimes and it gets worse when composition is disabled. Please look at the following screenshots to get a clearer idea of whats going wrong:

I am using dell inspiron 1545 with the following graphic configuration:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07)

Any help is highly appreciated! Thank you

dell, fedora, kde, laptop, xorg
