Your link gives "403 Forbidden".

Familix, according to distrowatch.com, uses KDE by default. So you would go look for themes etc on www.KDE-look.org

... no it doesn't! From distrowatch:

"Its peculiarity lies in the adaptation of the user interface so that it resembles Windows as much as possible."

... this has been tried before (Lindows anyone?) and creates more newcomer headaches than it solves. Provide an identical interface and users expect to find thing exactly the same. But linux uses a different paradigm - and when they run into a difference they get frustrated more easily. It's also harder to sell - if it is exactly like XP/Vista that I have already, why do I need this?

Make it look different and users will expect differences. You can claim the differences are improvements and encourage a hands-on trial... whence users often are surprised at the intuitive aspects of the interface and start having fun with the differences.

Anyone actually put-off because it doesn't look like windows isn't going to be a linux user anyway.
